This End User License Agreement ('Agreement') is a binding contract between you and Photo Keyboard Fancy Keyboard, detailing the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of all Photo Keyboard Fancy Keyboard applications. This includes associated data, media content, digital resources, and in-app features (such as but not limited to emojis, stickers, themes, wallpapers, icons, and virtual assets) ('Content') available within the application (collectively referred to as the 'Software'), including any future updates, modifications, or enhancements.

1. License

Provided you comply with this License, Photo Keyboard Fancy Keyboard grants to you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software on your devices. This license provides you limited rights to use the Software. Use of the Software is restricted to you only. Photo Keyboard Fancy Keyboard retains all ownership, right, title and interest in, to and of the Software and all copies of it. All rights not specifically granted in this license, including domestic and international copyrights, are reserved by the Owner. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use the Software only as expressly permitted in this License. In doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the Software that only allow you to use it in certain ways.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not

use, copy, modify, transmit, adapt, vary or create derivative works based on the Software in whole or part, • rent, lease, sub-license, sell or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party or allow it to be accessed by or copied onto another person’s Device. Unless permitted by law, you may not translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; or • use any access software system to search the data in the Software other than the Software provided under this agreement..

• Device information - Device-specific information such as your hardware model and operating system version.
• Unique application numbers - Certain services include a unique application number. This number and information about your installation (for example, the operating system type and application version number)
• Anonymous identifiers - we use anonymous identifiers when you interact with services such as advertising services and others.

Android Advertising ID

Our application is using only Android advertising identifier and this ID is used only for advertising. The advertising identifier is not connected to personally-identifiable information and it is not associated with any persistent device identifier without explicit consent of the user.

Personal Data

We DO NOT collect, handle or transmit personal or sensitive user data (including personally identifiable information, financial and payment information, authentication information, phone-book or contact data, microphone and camera sensor data, and sensitive device data).

Users are not providing any of personal or sensitive information by using our application. So, a user can safely use our app and be sure that by using this app she or he cannot be identified and her or his identity cannot be violated, nor can her or his personal, financial and payment information.
